Booking

A non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. In the event of yiu cancelling your appointment writhing 48 hours you will be changed 50% of the treatment cost. 

No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. This will have to be paid before making another appointment. 

No-Show Policy

Customers are asked to cancel any appointments at least 48 hours in advance. You must telephone the salon directly to cancel
Not showing up for your appointment without any contact may incur a 100% charge of treatment the next time you book. This must be paid before that appointment is secured. 
2 or more consecutive no shows will result in pre payment before the appointment, if this is not paid your appointment is not secured.
